We start from the spreadsheet you already have. It usually shows which columns matter and where things go wrong.
Stock counts that keep up
When an order ships, the count goes down. When something runs low, you get an email before a customer notices.
A form for the crew
People in the field fill in a short form on their phone when a job's done, and the office sees it right away. A QR code on a machine or a job sign can open the right form.

Do we have to give up the spreadsheet?
Not on day one. We can import what you have, and the tracker can still export a spreadsheet for anyone who wants one.
Can it work with our accounting or shipping software?
Tell us which ones. Most can send and receive data, and we'll check yours before we price the job.
Who can see and change the data?
You decide. Each person gets their own login, and you choose who can see or change each part.
