This notice explains the information Alcor Industries uses when you visit the site, arrive through a campaign, or send a build request. It describes the current website behavior; it does not promise collection we do not perform.
Information you choose to send
The build-request form asks for your name, email address, company or project name, and a description of what you want built. We use that information to review the request, reply to you, evaluate fit, and maintain a record of the inquiry.
Technical and security information
To operate and protect the site, Alcor Industries may record technical request information such as IP address, browser/user-agent information, referring page, language header, page or form event, and anti-spam/security flags. The contact system also uses a hidden honeypot field and rate signals to distinguish likely automated submissions from real inquiries.
Analytics and campaign attribution
The site may use first-party event logging plus configured analytics or advertising measurement services. Campaign landing pages may retain a limited set of advertising parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term so a successful inquiry can be connected to the campaign that produced it.
Alcor Industries does not intentionally send names, email addresses, or freeform inquiry text as B2B campaign analytics event properties. Campaign analytics are meant to measure which pages and campaigns create real opportunities, not to expose the contents of your message.
Cookies and browser storage
The site can use a first-party session/analytics identifier and browser storage to retain first-touch campaign context during a visit. Configured analytics or advertising providers may also use their own cookies or storage according to their services and settings.
How information is used
- Respond to project and business inquiries.
- Operate, secure, debug, and improve the website and contact system.
- Measure campaign and landing-page effectiveness.
- Detect spam, abuse, or suspicious automated traffic.
- Maintain business records related to inquiries and projects.
Service providers and disclosure
Website hosting, email delivery, analytics, advertising measurement, and other infrastructure providers may process limited information as needed to provide those services. Alcor Industries does not sell contact-form inquiry data to advertisers.
Retention
Inquiry, analytics, and security records are retained as needed for business operations, support, security, measurement, and legal or accounting obligations. Alcor Industries does not currently promise a single fixed retention period for every record type.
