Video transitions

Select the incoming clip at a cut (or park the playhead on the cut), then choose a transition. It is centered on the cut and uses the clips' spare source frames.

Audio transitions

Titles

M adds a marker at the playhead; Shift+M jumps to the next one.

Every edit is listed. Choose a step to go back to it; Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Shift+Z step one at a time.
